Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional with experience in engineering or telecommunications to perform on-site and telephone support activities, PC configuration, and network management. Focus on teamwork and service-oriented attitude **Requirements:** * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Age:** 20 \- 35\. * **Education:** Degrees related to Engineering or Telecommunications (preferably) * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support and structured cabling * **Professional appearance** * **Valid driver's license required** * **English comprehension (Desirable: 50% or higher)** **Responsibilities:** * On-site and telephone technical support, assembling and configuring PCs, Windows installation and maintenance, server management, email configuration, firewalls and antivirus setup; networks, printers, routers. * Report writing. * Generating reports. **Desired Skills:** **\-** Enthusiasm for learning about the field **\-** Organized **\-** Responsible **\-** Teamwork-oriented **\-** Service-oriented attitude **Work Location:** Av.
