Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates unit loading, unloading, and inspection, ensuring accuracy and safety of information and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages inventory and unit availability for unloading. 2. Ensures safety and efficiency during loading maneuvers. 3. Validates VIN delivery and documents damages according to standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan and verify physical unit inventory in the yard and in the system to report unit availability for unloading to the relevant department. - Coordinate and ensure that appropriate maneuvers are performed on units scheduled for unloading, complying with client-established safety and efficiency standards. - Inspect and validate VIN delivery against the TLEVIN system to ensure information accuracy and consistency. - Identify and immediately report any damage detected during inspection, in accordance with the AIAG standard, to preserve cargo quality and integrity. - Evaluate and supervise properly stamped delivery documentation to ensure integrity and transparency in our logistics operations.
