Position Summary: Oversee the application of security patches, monitor SAP server performance, manage print queues, and ensure connectivity to SAP cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the application of security patches and upgrades of system components and versions. A2\. Monitor server performance and coordinate SAP maintenance windows (DEV, QAS, PRD). A3\. Manage print queues, spools, and peripheral device connectivity. A4\. Guarantee and coordinate with Deacero’s Network Team the connectivity to SAP cloud environments (VPN). B1\. Manage users, roles, and profiles in SAP and VPNs (internal and external). B2\. Configure SSO access and users for external interfaces and tools. B3\. Ensure compliance with security policies and traceability. C1\. Serve as point of contact with Softtek, SAP, and other technical vendors (support and management). C2\. Manage temporary access and credentials (external, Softtek, and SAP). C3\. Report and track SAP incidents via SAP\-for\-me. D1\. Maintain an updated directory of technical contacts. D2\. Manage permissions in SharePoint and maintain the platform. D2\.
