Full-time \| On-site $38,000 MXN gross monthly \+ Enhanced benefits A leading company in the industrial sector is seeking a **Computer Systems Engineer** with solid experience in support and infrastructure, service-oriented and focused on incident resolution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related field (degree holder). * Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure and technical support. * **Intermediate English.** * Experience managing and coordinating with vendors. * ITIL certification preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** * Efficiently manage hardware, software, and technological equipment. * Administer equipment warranties and lifecycle. * Propose technology upgrades aligned with budget constraints. * Handle and resolve incidents via help desk. * Provide corrective and preventive support to users. * Configure and maintain computing equipment. * Support users and business-critical processes. * Track local IT requests and projects. * Manage existing and new telephone lines. * Support data plans and coverage expansion initiatives. * Control equipment loans, replacements, and warranties. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: **$38,000 (non-negotiable)** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * 30-day year-end bonus * Vacation premium * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance **Working Hours:** * 7:00 AM to 4:36 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM If you meet the profile and are interested, apply through this channel.
