




Job Summary: Totalplay is seeking a Quality Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on telephone agent services and to audit the quality of fiber optic installations. Generation of quality reports and statistics Totalplay is a Mexican telecommunications company belonging to Grupo Salinas, a leader in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry, committed to labor equality and non-discrimination; we invite you to join our team in: · Quality Analyst · Job Objective Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback on the service delivered in a sample of transactions handled by telephone agents from operational Contact Center campaigns. · Requirements Education: Completed high school or incomplete bachelor's degree Standard vehicle operation Experience in fiber optics Class C driver's license Work at heights · Main Activities Audit field crews Conduct quality inspections of installations and supports performed. Analyze deviations or observations detected in the field. Generate reports of reported evidence, as well as maintain statistics on quality levels.
