Job Summary: Euromundo is seeking a Tourism Reservation Executive to manage domestic and international reservations and provide telephone assistance to travel agencies. Key Highlights: 1. We invite you to join our team as: **TOURISM RESERVATION EXECUTIVE.** **WORK MODALITY AND LOCATION:** On-site, Centro neighborhood, 5 de Mayo. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday * 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. * Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary (100% via payroll). **BIWEEKLY PAYMENTS** * Grocery vouchers. * Punctuality and attendance bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Employee discounts. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Tourism Administration, or related field. * Knowledge of selling domestic and international packages. * Familiarity with the Amadeus global distribution system (**desirable**). * Customer service skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide telephone assistance to travel agencies. * Process reservations for international and domestic destinations. * Notify cancellations, flight changes, or any modifications to reservations. * Assist when agencies request date changes, name corrections, etc. * Provide support to passengers experiencing issues at their destination.
