Responsibilities * Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise. * Greets and assists customers entering the branch, identifies their transaction(s), and directs them to the unified queue, to a Relationship Officer, or to self-service channels—ensuring a service-oriented environment within the branch. * Promotes the use of digital channels (ScotiaWeb, ScotiaMóvil, ScotiaTarjetas, ATMs, Xpress Branches, and Invertel) both for customers arriving at the branch and those waiting in line—expediting their transactions and proactively advising them on using self-service channels.
