We seek operators who can work under strict quality standards, maintain precise registration, and meet production targets. If you master design changeovers, ink adjustments, and waste control, this opportunity is for you. Your responsibilities will include: * Operating and adjusting flexographic printers for corrugated cardboard. * Mounting and demounting printing plates (clichés). * Adjusting inks, pressure, and registration. * Efficient press startups with minimal waste. * Releasing first-piece approvals meeting quality standards. * Meeting production schedules. * Coordinating with assistants and supervisors. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Minimum 1 year of experience on flexographic printers (mandatory experience on corrugated cardboard). * Knowledge of registration, adjustments, and resolution of printing defects. * Sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Commitment and employment stability.
