Position Summary: You will coordinate the procurement and subcontracting process, managing suppliers and negotiating costs for heavy machinery projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the procurement and subcontracting process for large-scale projects. 2. Negotiates with suppliers, ensuring quality and optimal costs. 3. Collaborates on supplier sourcing and maintenance of the supplier database. DESCRIPTION WE ARE THE LEADING ORGANIZATION IN RENTAL AND SERVICES OF HEAVY MACHINERY FOR EARTHWORKS ON LARGE-SCALE PROJECTS **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the procurement and subcontracting process for projects. * Manage suppliers and negotiate costs, quality, and delivery timelines. * Request and compare quotations to secure the best terms. * Track purchase orders, contracts, and deliveries. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with the procurement plan. * Maintain control and up-to-date records of suppliers and acquisition processes. **Requirements:** * Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer * Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination or management roles. * Knowledge of construction processes (earthworks and civil works). * General understanding of tax matters, permits, and existing regulations applicable to suppliers. * Strong experience in supplier relationship management and negotiation. * Proficiency in procurement management tools and ERPs.
