Responsibility and commitment in a dynamic technical environment. **About the Position** We are seeking a **Process Operator** for the night shift, with a technical focus and high attention to detail, to ensure correct transfer, monitoring, and management of audiovisual materials (audio and video) within critical digital workflows. This role is essential to ensure content reaches QC and post-production teams complete, accurate, and on time. **Responsibilities** * Manage **audiovisual material download and upload** via servers, secure transfer platforms, and networks. * Monitor and maintain the **digital workflow**, verifying integrity, format, and delivery timelines. * Record and track processes using **Google Sheets (advanced level)**. * Operate and verify proper functioning of **professional audio and video equipment** (servers, workstations, players, reference monitors, etc.). * Deliver materials to the **QC and post-production team** on time and as required. * Document **technical incidents or failures** in file transfers and reception. * Comply with content **security and confidentiality protocols**. **Technical Requirements** * Experience in **large-file transfers** (WeTransfer, Aspera, Signiant, or similar). * Proficiency in **Google Sheets** (formulas, filters, validations), Google Drive, and Gmail. * General knowledge of **networks and data transfer protocols**. * Ability to operate or learn to operate **professional audiovisual equipment**. * Strong organizational skills and task tracking. * Proficiency with **Mac and Windows**. * **Advanced technical English** (reading, report writing, and email composition). **Soft Skills** * High level of **responsibility and commitment**, especially during the night shift. * Excellent **time management and attention to detail**. * Logical thinking and **technical problem-solving**. * Clear communication for reporting incidents. * Adaptability to process changes or technical requirements. * Discipline in routine tasks without compromising quality. * **Confidentiality and professional ethics**. **Desirable** * Basic knowledge of **audiovisual post-production workflows**. * Experience in security environments (TPN). * Familiarity with collaborative tools such as **Slack, Airtable**, or others.
