Job Summary: We are seeking a motion designer with experience in animation for digital campaigns, video production, and creative collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Animation and motion graphics editing for various campaigns 2. Collaboration with the creative team in conceptualizing 360° campaigns 3. Proposal of animation trends and innovative resources At **PLOT**, we are looking for a *motion designer* with the following characteristics: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Animate and edit motion graphics assets for digital and traditional campaigns. * Create animations for social media, digital advertising, commercial presentations, events, activations, and branding. * Develop explanatory, corporate, institutional, and promotional videos. * Edit audiovisual material and perform basic post-production (color grading, audio, effects). * Collaborate with the creative team, copywriters, graphic designers, producers, and account managers to translate concepts into dynamic assets. * Adapt formats and resolutions according to channel (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, DOOH, TV, etc.). * Participate in brainstorming and 360° campaign conceptualization sessions. * Manage delivery timelines and ensure technical quality for each project. * Propose animation trends, styles, and innovative resources. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Advertising, Design, or related field. * 5 years of experience at a digital agency. * Experience working with automotive brands (preferred). * Proficiency in Adobe software. * Proficiency in AI tools. * Knowledge of FIGMA\+. * Experience in motion graphics. **BENEFITS:** * Biweekly payment. * Life insurance. * Funeral expenses coverage. * Discounts at department stores. * Hybrid work model.
