We are seeking a Database Specialist / Database Engineer (DBA) with experience in mission-critical and high-availability environments, focused on ensuring the performance, stability, and security of information systems. Work Mode: On-site Required Experience: \+4 years as a DBA or database specialist Responsibilities: * Administration, monitoring, and optimization of databases in production environments * Design and maintenance of relational and NoSQL data models * Implementation of backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies * Query, index, and execution plan optimization * Performance and capacity monitoring * Access management, data security, and encryption * Support and resolution of critical incidents * Collaboration with development teams on best practices and performance * Technical documentation and operational procedures Technical Requirements: * Advanced SQL * Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL * Query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization * Replication, clustering, HA, and Disaster Recovery * Linux and/or Windows Server * Scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell * Monitoring tools such as OEM, SQL Profiler, pgAdmin, or similar * Experience in critical production environments Desirable: * MongoDB, Cassandra, and Redis * ETL: Informatica, Talend, or SSIS * Data Warehousing and dimensional modeling * Information security, encryption, and data masking * AWS RDS, Aurora, Azure SQL, or Cloud SQL * Big Data: Hadoop or Spark * Automation, DevOps, and migrations We seek candidates with analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and experience working under pressure.
