We are looking for your talent Data Visualization and BI Specialist **Responsibilities:** **Power BI Data Modeling:** Building tabular models, relationships, and complex DAX measures to structure data for accurate multidimensional analysis. **Visualization Design:** Applying best practices in data storytelling and UX/UI to enable rapid interpretation of trends and strategic deviations. **Data Source Integration:** Connecting Power BI with PeopleSoft, SQL Server, and flat files to consolidate a "single source of truth" for the entire university. **Reporting Automation:** Configuring gateways and scheduled refresh workflows to eliminate manual Excel report generation and reduce errors. **Security Management (RLS):** Implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure each Campus or Zone accesses only authorized information. **Requirements:** **Proficiency:** Power BI Desktop, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), and DAX Studio.
