Managing payroll incidents, taxes, and reports **Arca Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Lerma, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a payroll professional with strong attention to detail and a focus on regulatory compliance, responsible for ensuring the correct processing of payments, incidents, and labor obligations. ***Objective:*** *Ensure accurate payroll calculation, processing, and payment for staff, in compliance with current labor and tax regulations, while safeguarding the confidentiality and accuracy of information.* **Key Activities:** * Preparation and calculation of payroll (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Incident tracking: absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, vacations, etc. * Managing employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. * Determination and calculation of taxes (ISR, SUA, etc.). * Generating payroll reports and reconciliations. * Managing personnel files and document control. * Addressing staff inquiries regarding payments and pay slips. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in payroll systems. * Information management skills. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Free uniforms * Cafeteria area * Positive work environment * Mixed shift schedule * And more...
