Job Summary: Payroll Analyst responsible for preparing, calculating, and ensuring compliance of Payroll CFDIs, as well as submitting affiliation movements and statutory contributions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the preparation and accurate calculation of payrolls and settlements. 2. Ensures tax compliance of Payroll CFDIs and their deductibility. 3. Performs cross-checks and reconciliations of contributions, submitting movements to IMSS. Grupo Aumentta, a restaurant and cafeteria operator in Mexico City, is seeking your talent and experience as: ***Payroll Analyst*** **General Requirements:** · 1–2 years in a similar position. · Strong knowledge of payroll calculation, SUA, IMSS-Infonavit, ISN. · Strong knowledge of Payroll CFDIs. **Required Skills:** · Results-/action-oriented. · Analytical. · Responsible. · Highly organized. · **Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.** **Your Key Responsibilities:** 1) Responsible for payroll preparation and calculation. Starts with reviewing and entering attendance incidents, updating and maintaining employee data in the payroll system (hires, terminations, updates to general employee data and salaries), generating files, reports, analyses, accounting accrual entries, and payment methods. 2) Responsible for ensuring Payroll CFDIs meet tax requirements to guarantee payroll deductibility and ensure employee information used for their Annual Tax Return is accurate. 3) Stamp and prepare settlements, and track collections for inclusion in ISN reporting. 4) Cross-check and reconcile IDES vs. SUA contributions to identify discrepancies arising from disabilities, absences, salary adjustments, hires, and terminations. 5) Submit affiliation movements to IMSS (hires, terminations, salary adjustments); consult and monitor disabilities via the Virtual Desktop on a biweekly basis. 6) Calculate and submit statutory payroll-related contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN). 7) Generate invoices for social security taxes. 8) Calculate and submit Risk Premium.
