




Job Summary: We are seeking an Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) focused on monitoring and problem resolution, with experience in operating systems and programming languages. Experience with application servers and web services (desirable) Role: Application Support Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) Work Mode and Schedule (subject to client consideration): Option 1: Hybrid — 2 days per week in the office (9:00–18:00) in CDMX Option 2: Night Shift — 100% remote, working from 21:00 to 8:00 the next day, following a 4-night-on / 4-night-off rotation.
