SCRUM JR Requirements: Education: Engineering or bachelor’s degree in IT, Administration, or related field; recent graduates (degree completed) are welcome. Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Scrum Master or Project Manager. Intermediate English (desirable) Scrum Fundamentals Certification Knowledge and Tools: • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with traditional work methodologies • Agile project management tools • Microsoft Office (intermediate level) • Tracking and control of assigned projects • Creation and management of events and communications • Risk/impediment identification, communication, and management • Team training • Development of event materials and documentation • Creation of processes, templates, and activity records • Verbal fluency and teamwork • Critical analysis and problem-solving skills • Proactivity and adaptability Responsibilities: • Track assigned projects • Create and manage events • Draft and distribute communications • Identify, communicate, and manage risks/impediments during projects • Conduct training • Develop event materials • Manage templates • Create processes and departmental documentation • Monitor and update contingencies within their teams • Record performed activities We Offer: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: $12,000 to $15,000 net (junior level) English classes starting from the 3rd month Continuous training Professional career development plan Statutory benefits Hybrid work model (2–3 days in office initially, then 95% remote based on performance) . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience Keywords: junior, engineering, ingenieria
