FUNCTIONAL ANALYST Required Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. (Degree holder) • 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst • Experience in requirements elicitation and functional documentation • Proficiency with management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Visio • Desirable familiarity with project management software such as Project, Jira, etc. • Desirable certifications: BPMN, Agile Scrum Certification, ITIL Certification • Desirable knowledge of database management, data extraction, and preparing decision-support reports using SQL • General understanding of project management methodologies: waterfall and agile • Use of UML language to model business systems • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Oracle, GCP, Azure) We Offer: • 100% payroll-based employment scheme • Statutory benefits • Enhanced benefits • Work location: Marina Nacional, CDMX (HYBRID) Are you interested?
