Job Summary: Computer and telecommunications equipment technician providing customized support and solutions to Apple users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion and placement of additional services At MacStore, Apple's No. 1 distributor, we are seeking: · Computer and telecommunications equipment technician for the MACSTORE WTC branch Profile: * Completed high school diploma / technical vocational training. * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telecommunications equipment repair. * Strong interest in customer service and client interaction. * Residency near the workplace location. Responsibilities: * Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. * Deliver personalized assistance and issue resolution. * Track completed service requests. * Promote and place additional services. * Meet performance metrics and KPIs.
