Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Officer to ensure integrity and security across a hotel chain located in the Historic Center of CDMX. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and protect the security of the property, staff, and visitors 2. Promote a safety culture through ethical, respectful, and non-discriminatory treatment 3. Carry out civil protection, safety, and hygiene procedures A prestigious hotel and restaurant group located in the Historic Center of Mexico City, committed to delivering personalized, high-quality service inspired by the warmth of Mexican culture, is seeking: **SECURITY OFFICER** JOB OBJECTIVE: To monitor, protect, and guarantee the integrity and security of the property, staff, and visitors through a safety culture, ethical and respectful treatment, and non-discrimination. This role covers our three tourism hotels. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: High school diploma * Knowledge of civil protection * **Possession of employment certificates (preferred)** * Demonstrated consistency in previous jobs * Availability for rotating shifts (three shifts) * **Experience: Minimum of 2 years in hospitality or corporate environments, performing the following duties:** * Manage staff, guest, and visitor entry \- exit procedures at the workplace. * Safeguard the integrity of staff, guests, and visitors, as well as the property. * Implement civil protection, safety, and hygiene procedures and protocols. * Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies or criminal acts. * Conduct internal property inspections and patrols. * Knowledge of civil protection, first aid, earthquakes, etc. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits; * Grocery vouchers * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Life insurance * Free cafeteria service * Uniforms * Discounts at group workplaces * Medical membership. * Discounts at El Chopo laboratories. * Etc. **IMPORTANT (for hospitality only)** Work schedule runs Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off, rotating across three shifts: * 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM **The three hotels rotate; all are located on streets surrounding the Zócalo.**
