




Lead the strategy, implementation, and operation of DevOps practices within the organization, ensuring continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), infrastructure-as-code automation, and ongoing improvement of software development and deployment processes. The DevOps Manager serves as the liaison between development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams, driving efficiency, quality, and stability across technological environments. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * Define and execute the DevOps strategy aligned with technological and business objectives. * Manage the DevOps engineering team and ensure their technical and professional development. * Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines. * Oversee infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. * Ensure observability, monitoring, and high availability of production environments. * Collaborate with development teams to improve the software lifecycle—from planning through to operations. * Ensure security, traceability, and regulatory compliance in deployments. * Evaluate and select DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). * Manage costs and resources in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Promote DevOps culture and agile methodologies across the organization. **Requirements** **Education:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * 5+ years in development, operations, or infrastructure roles. * 3+ years leading DevOps or agile infrastructure teams. * Proven experience in automation, CI/CD, and cloud environment management. **Technical Knowledge:** * CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS DevOps. * Containers and orchestrators: Docker, Kubernetes. * Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, New Relic. * Cloud: AWS. * Pipeline security and DevSecOps. * Programming language: Python. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management. **Competencies** * Technical and strategic leadership. * Systems thinking and results-oriented approach. * Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration. * Focus on continuous improvement and automation. * Change management capability. * Analysis and resolution of complex problems. * Adaptability and continuous learning. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Reduction in deployment time (Lead Time). * Production deployment success rate. * Level of pipeline and infrastructure automation. * Environment availability and stability. * Satisfaction of development and operations teams. * SLA and security policy compliance.
