At Atria, we are looking for a **Junior Backend Developer** with a solution-oriented mindset, eagerness to learn quickly, and willingness to contribute both to development and incident support. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Development:** Build new capabilities in Python under the guidance of experienced developers. * **Support:** Review, prioritize, and resolve medium-complexity technical incidents. * **Documentation:** Record operational learnings to prevent recurring issues. * **Growth:** Achieve operational autonomy within the first 6 months. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (graduated). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in real production projects using Python (not just coursework). * **Tech Stack:** Django, Flask, or FastAPI; MySQL or PostgreSQL (queries and indexes); Git and Linux. * **Languages:** Intermediate English. * **Profile:** Proactive individuals with attention to detail and critical analytical skills. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $20,000 MXN gross monthly, with a career development plan. * **Benefits:** 30-day year-end bonus, 15 vacation days, $1,500 MXN grocery vouchers, and health benefits. * **Work Model:** Hybrid (in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) "By submitting your documents for the recruitment process—and consequently the personal data contained therein—via various recruitment channels such as email, job applications, or digital employment platforms, you consent to the processing of such personal data in accordance with our **Privacy Notice**."
