Knowledge of baking techniques and cake preparation A 100% Mexican cuisine restaurant specializing in grilled meat cuts is seeking: PAstry SUPERVISOR What do you need? * Passion for cooking * Knowledge of baking, mixing, cake preparation, crepes, pies, doughs, etc. * Availability to work two shifts: opening shift (11 AM–7 PM) and closing shift (3 PM–restaurant closing). What will you do? * Operate and verify the proper functioning of the pastry area. * Prepare, present, and preserve all types of pastry products. * Check labeling, storage, and the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system.
