We operate under ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and seek committed talent with a strong sense of responsibility and a desire for growth. **Job Objective** To program parts using software or at the machine, supervise their manufacturing on CNC machines, and ensure compliance with specifications, delivery timelines, and internal procedures. **Requirements** Education: Technical or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field Experience: 3 years as a CNC Programmer Age: 25–45 years (preferred) Technical Knowledge and Skills: * CAD software (Fusion 360\) * Machine-side programming on Haas/Fanuc controls * Drawing interpretation * Use of measuring instruments * Knowledge of tools and materials * Mathematics and metric/imperial systems Competencies: * Leadership and personnel coordination * Organization and attention to detail * Assertive communication * Working under pressure and in teams **Responsibilities** * Analyze designs/drawings for programming * Program parts using CAD software (Fusion 360\) * Perform machine-side programming (Haas/Fanuc) * Coordinate CNC operators and verify progress * Ensure compliance with work orders and deadlines * Request tools and accessories required for operations * Supervise records, daily reports, and 5S compliance * Train assigned personnel * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures * Conduct machining tests and necessary adjustments **Benefits and Perks** * Indefinite-term employment contract after 3 months. * Full-time schedule. * On-site work mode. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Awards for punctuality and attendance.
