




We are seeking a Community Manager with analytical thinking, strategic capability, and expertise in digital content for FORZA Laser. This person must post intentionally—understanding the 'why' behind each piece, measuring results, and adjusting strategy based on real data—not intuition. The role’s objective is to strengthen our digital presence, build an active community, drive purposeful engagement, and transform social media into a consistent source of qualified leads. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE** **Academic background:** * Completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years managing social media, preferably within B2B industrial companies **(PLEASE ATTACH PORTFOLIO LINK OR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS IN CV TO REVIEW PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE)**. * Experience analyzing metrics and KPIs. * Additional training in Digital Marketing, Social Media Data, Analytics, or Strategy is desirable. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of experience in Community Manager, Social Media, or similar roles. * Excellent writing, spelling, and written communication skills. * Solid knowledge of social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts. * Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Metricool or similar). * Ability to create cross-platform content (video, reels, stories, images, and copy). * Basic-to-intermediate video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, or equivalents). * Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and optimize content based on performance results. * Experience working with OKRs, KPIs, goals, and actionable reporting. * Experience managing large communities and digital reputation/crisis protocols. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Create content that communicates value, reinforces brand identity, and drives purposeful engagement. * Produce materials for the sales team (statuses, short reels). * Experiment with formats, styles, and messaging to optimize post performance. * Monitor and manage social media with a focus on authentic engagement, audience growth, and quality interaction. * Prepare reports featuring clear metrics, key learnings, and next steps—ensuring data-driven decision-making. * Generate organic leads through strategic content, avoiding aimless or low-impact posts. * Monitor brand digital reputation—responding to comments and messages, and managing mentions promptly, thoughtfully, and empathetically. * Foster conversation, active participation, and a sense of community across social profiles. * Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives. * Visual content creation: coordinate scripts, images, infographics, and other visual assets with the creative team to ensure alignment with strategy. * Trend research: stay updated on digital trends, formats, audience behavior, and industry references to enhance content performance. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Creativity combined with strategic thinking. * Analytical ability to make data-informed decisions. * Assertive communication, sound judgment, and editorial discernment. * Proactivity, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Emotional self-management and ability to work toward defined objectives. * Discipline to deliver results—including meeting deadlines and priorities—without daily supervision. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Must reside in Guadalajara; candidates from other cities willing to relocate are welcome. * Availability for travel. * **Work mode: Hybrid.** * Languages: Intermediate English (required).
