Job Summary: The Human Resources Officer will manage recruitment, payroll, personnel development, and labor regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages recruitment, payroll, and personnel development 2. Responsible for workplace climate and conflict resolution 3. Ensures compliance with labor regulations **Position:** Human Resources Officer **Salary and Benefits:** $15,000 to $20,000.00 MXN (dependent on experience), plus benefits **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field **Specific Knowledge: * Federal Labor Law * IMSS and Contributions * Payroll and Benefits * Recruitment and Selection * HR Tools (Excel, payroll software) **Experience:** Minimum of 2\- 3 years in a similar position **Key Activities: * Recruitment and selection of personnel * Payroll and benefits administration * Employee training and development * Workplace climate and conflict resolution * Compliance with labor regulations * HR reporting and analysis * Management of employment documentation * Coordination of corporate events and activities **Workplace Location and Directions:** Av. Solidaridad, Col. Nueva Chapultepec, Morelia, Mich **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
