Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state\-of\-the\-art vehicles across the world. **Job Responsibilities:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics or similar (desirable) **Language:** Proficiency in English (desirable) **Experience:** 3 years of experience in a related position (desirable) **Knowledge:** • Personnel management • Production planning **Behavioral Competencies:** • Teamwork • Effective communication **Technical Competencies:** • Kanban, Core tools, SPC, Time and motion studies • Kaizen, IATF 16949 and ISO14001:2015 system • Poka Yoke, Process innovation and Lean Manufacturing • Design software (CAD), Handling and programming of ABB, FANUC robots • Hydraulics, basic pneumatics, Paint application systems (extraction and injection systems, electrostatic application, promix, curing ovens, hydrographics) **Main tasks and responsibilities:** • Participate in feasibility studies for new projects. • Support in managing Tras4m data • Participate in the development of flow diagrams and FMEA for new projects. • Manage personnel incidents in the Tres system. • Plan and execute paint production activities for new processes and products. • Maintain a focus on process optimization • Redesign ergonomic conditions of productive operations. • Execute and coordinate the application of manufacturing improvement techniques. • Monitor, supervise and control paint line parameters and conditions. • Create and update documentation required for PPAPs and quality systems (IT, AV, flow diagrams, FMEA, control plans) • Plan cleaning activities for the paint line and hydrographic equipment. • Control and innovate paint equipment systems • Control and monitor sludge pit equipment, washers, drying and curing ovens. • Reduce quality defects in produced products • Develop assessments required by customer specifications.
