No experience required Position: SAIS Operations Assistant Location: CIMA Hospital (Hermosillo) At Nadro, we are seeking a SAIS Operations Assistant to support operational activities related to receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and dispensing of medications, ensuring compliance with established quality processes and standards. Main Responsibilities: - Receive and inspect goods, verifying quantities, conditions, and expiration dates. - Store products following good warehousing practices and the FIFO method. - Dispense prescriptions and record transactions in the system. - Participate in cyclic inventories and physical counts. - Maintain shelf organization, cleanliness, and adequate stock levels. - Support inventory control and management of medications. Requirements: - Completed high school education. - Availability to work rotating shifts. - Availability to take mid-week rest days on a rotating basis. - Basic computer skills. - Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. - No experience required.
