Camp Supervisor

**MINING COMPANY OF IMPORTANCE IS SEEKING A CAMP GENERAL SUPERVISOR WITH EXPERIENCE.** **Job Requirements:** * Experience: 3 years of experience in Hotel and Food & Beverage management, as well as personnel management * Job Location: Mulatos Mining Unit (remote mine near the Municipality of Sahuaripa, Sonora). * Work Schedule: Works 14 days on, followed by 7 days off. * Job Title and Level: Camp General Supervisor reporting to Camp Manager **Responsibilities:** Supervise field execution of daily camp operations across mining units, ensuring efficient, safe, and quality-compliant performance. The main challenge is to guarantee continuous operation and immediate response to incidents or on-site personnel needs. * Directly verify in the field compliance with camp operational and safety procedures. * Coordinate supervisors in resolving incidents, ensuring immediate on-site solutions. * Implement instructions from the Camp Manager timely and accurately within operational areas. * Supervise the condition and operation of camp facilities (rooms, dining halls, laundry, common areas). * Ensure that the needs of camp users (employees and contractors) are met. * Validate compliance of camp personnel and channel reports to immediate supervisor. * Report deviations and generate improvement proposals from the field. * Participate in internal audits and operational verification walkthroughs. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge and application of NOM 251 and NMX 605 * SAP knowledge * Planning of maintenance related to Camp operations. * Knowledge of menu planning and room control. * Risk prevention. * Distintivo H certification \- Desirable * Comedor (dining hall) management knowledge \- Desirable **Skills** * Leadership. * Responsible. * Adaptability * Time Management. * Continuous Improvement * Communication * Follow-up * Industrial Safety Oriented * Technical Knowledge. **Benefits:** Competitive salary.
