Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to meet company objectives. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. * Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with cross\-functional departments to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality. * Manage resources, budgets, and production schedules to meet customer demand and business goals. * Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). * Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies. * Proven leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. **WHY EMERSON** **Our Commitment to Our People** At Emerson, we are motivated by a spirit of collaboration that helps our diverse, multicultural teams across the world drive innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
