Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative for Compost to expand the brand, prospect customers, and provide technical advisory services for agricultural land improvement. Participation in national-level farmer fairs POSITION REQUIRED: TECHNICAL COMPOST SALES REPRESENTATIVE CORE FUNCTION: Achieve sales targets related to compost and Terrasabvia products; drive brand expansion and positioning; generate customer leads; and conduct appropriate follow-up with prospects and clients. JOB SUMMARY: - Technical advisory services for agricultural land improvement. - Customer prospecting for compost and Terrasabvia soil conditioner sales. - Preparation of product quotations, freight estimates, and delivery logistics. - Ensure timely delivery of small orders to local customers. - Follow-up on collections to close sales. - Establishment and monitoring of demonstration plots. - Market and potential sales zone analysis. - Opening of new sales zones. - Expansion of distributor network and management of new wholesale sales channel openings. - Coordination of participation in national-level farmer fairs. - Submission of weekly sales reports and prospective customer service reports. REQUIREMENTS: - Gender: Unrestricted. - Age: 25 years or older. - Education: Degree in Agricultural Systems Engineering, Agronomy, Animal Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 2 verifiable years in agricultural product and/or agrochemical sales. - Willingness to travel. - Continuous updating on products, competitors, and sector trends.
