Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with conversational English proficiency, experience in data analysis and project improvement, and knowledge of quality tools and quality management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Conversational English proficiency for communication 2. Leadership in project analysis and improvement (TOP projects) 3. Hands-on experience leading improvement cases Requirements: * Conversational English proficiency for communication. * Proficiency in Office/WPS software for data analysis, creating performance trend charts, stacked charts, and Pareto diagrams. * Ability to lead the analysis and improvement of high-impact projects (TOP projects). * Hands-on experience leading improvement cases. * Knowledge of quality tools and quality management systems.
