Descripción Important automotive company requests for growth: New product development engineer **Requirements** * Bachelor of Engineering or similar. * Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position. * Advanced English. * Work experience with Hyundai and Kia. * Work experience with other global OEM is plus. * Knowledge about development process in each build event. * Knowledge of CATIA or AutoCAD. * Interpretation of technical drawings and plans. * PPAP, ISIR, PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plan (at least, have some knowledge). * Packaging Development (desirable). * **Own car** (the company is located in Ciénega de Flores in the Monterrey Technology Park, it is a federal zone and there is no public transportation). **Main functions** * Support in the implementation of new products along the production line, ensuring proper configuration of manufacturing systems. * Understand the design and customer requirements to ensure production compliance. * Provide engineering support for all activities in the product development process. * Monitor the status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects. * Develop product test plans and perform production testing (schedule availability). * Control product operations and evaluate designs and ensure compliance with all design and manufacturing principles. * Ensure availability of required equipment, tooling, test equipment and parts. * Progress and management of 4M development. * Improvement activities. * Functional testing of tooling (TRY OUT). * Support with customer events. * Selection and approval of packaging specifications. * ·Management of customer portals. **We offer:** * Benefits above those required by law. * Major Medical Expense Insurance (family). * Food vouchers. * Savings fund. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Uniform. * Schedule M\-F, 7am\-4:30pm (1 hour for lunch).
