**CORPORATE PROJECTS CIMA is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Tecate, Baja California** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEADING COMPANY SEEKING Warehouse Manager Work Location: Tecate, Baja California Requirements: Experience: At least 3 years in warehouse supervisor roles, preferably in food or grocery industries. Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: * Inventory management * Knowledge of regulations and requirements for product storage and distribution * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools * Data analysis * Inventory handling and control * Personnel management * SAP system experience; knowledge of ISO 9001 and inventory techniques * Specific Knowledge: * ERP system usage * Warehouse processes: receiving, storage, dispatch, order picking * Desired certifications in logistics and inventory management Responsibilities: * Supervise goods receipt, storage, and distribution * Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct cyclical and monthly inventory counts * Develop and train warehouse staff on safety policies and operational procedures * Coordinate with other departments to ensure supply chain efficiency * Implement safety standards and regulatory compliance across all warehouse operations * Control and disposition of inventory losses (shrinkage) * Implement housekeeping and cleanliness measures * Report performance metrics and make adjustments as needed * Coordinate special projects according to business needs Additional Requirements: Personnel management Assertive leadership Dynamic Results-oriented.
