Additionally, Inetum has been recognized as a **Top Employer**, a certification validating our commitment to employee well-being, professional development, and excellence in talent management. **Job Description** We are looking for a candidate with experience in technical support. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment, printers, multifunction devices, monitors, mice, keyboards, desktops, and laptops. * Deployment of Windows 10 and Windows 11 images on computer equipment and all-in-one (AIO) devices. * Documentation of failures, diagnoses, and solutions. * Resolution of IT-related service tickets concerning computer equipment. * Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). * Return of defective parts and components. * Installation and monitoring of backup equipment. **Requirements** In the absence of formal education, equivalent hands-on experience in technical support will be considered, including knowledge of: * 1 year of experience providing technical support for computer equipment. * Operating system image deployment on computer equipment and AIO devices. * Hard drive sanitization (Blancco). * Diagnosis and repair of equipment: Lexmark and Plustek printers, biometric devices, PIN pads, Macs, laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, etc. * Structured cabling knowledge (copper, Category 6 and above). * Replacement of wall plates (rosetas), jacks, RJ45 connectors, and cable installation. * Familiarity with tools used for node testing and cable punching. **What We Offer** * Top Employer certification for our talent management practices. * Continuous training programs and certifications. * Access to learning and professional development platforms. * A culture of innovation and collaboration. * Physical and emotional wellness programs. **Commitment to Equality** At Inetum, we foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
