Description and details of activities
* Perform electrical testing (TTR, Hi\-Pot, resistance, losses, Heat Run).
* Record and validate test results.
* Identify deviations and troubleshoot failures.
* Provide support to production and product release.
* Analyze failure trends.
* Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams.
* Validate testing equipment.
* Support audits and certification processes.
* Improve testing procedures.
* Provide technical training to personnel.
Experience and requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
* **3–7 years of experience in electrical testing** (transformers and/or switchboards).
* Knowledge of IEEE, UL, and ANSI standards.
* Hands\-on experience with testing equipment (Hi\-Pot AC/DC, TTR, Megger, winding resistance).
* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams (polarity, connections, TTR).
* Experience with tests: losses (No\-load / Load), Hi\-Pot, Induced, Heat Run.
* Strong analytical skills for results evaluation and troubleshooting.
* Experience preparing technical reports.
* Intermediate to advanced technical English.
