Quality Technician (AR)

Job Summary: Ensure compliance with customer and organizational quality standards through the preparation, tracking, and validation of PPAP documentation, and process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Complete PPAP package preparation 2. Coordination with Engineering and Production for new projects 3. Analysis and tracking of corrective actions Job Responsibilities and Details **Job Objective:** Ensure compliance with customer and organizational quality standards through the preparation, tracking, and validation of PPAP documentation, as well as control and improvement of production processes. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Complete preparation of **PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)** packages. * Integration and updating of required documentation (PSW, FMEA, Control Plan, Flow Diagrams, MSA studies, capability studies, etc.). * Tracking of customer-specific requirements. * Coordination with Engineering and Production for release of new projects. * Conducting internal process and product audits. * Analysis and tracking of corrective actions. * Interpretation of engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Monitoring of quality metrics (scrap, rework, PPM). * Supporting customer audits and external audits. Experience and Requirements * Technical diploma or incomplete engineering degree * Experience with IMDS system * Minimum 1 year of experience in quality area. * Proven experience in preparation and submission of PPAPs. * Knowledge of quality tools: * FMEA * Control Plan * MSA * SPC * 8D * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Proficiency with measurement equipment (caliper, micrometer, CMM preferred). * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel).
