Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to repair electric and combustion-powered tools, providing maintenance, diagnostics, and technical support to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Repair and maintenance of various electric and combustion-powered tools. 2. Customer consultation on tool usage and in-store sales floor assistance. 3. Responsibility for diagnosis, repair, and inventory control. GRUPO TRUPER and Fix Stores, a company dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of tools with nationwide coverage, is seeking: Electromechanical Technician (for tool repair) As a tool repair technician for electric and combustion-powered tools, you will be responsible for supporting maintenance and repair activities for chainsaws, drills, polishers, lawn mowers, pumps, generators, etc., as well as providing technical support to our customers to improve their tool usage. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance Experience in repairing tools, household appliances, or related fields Experience in customer service Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8-hour shifts) RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service including receiving equipment, performing diagnostics, conducting repairs, and returning the equipment. Providing consultation to customers on the sales floor. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace and common branch areas (rotating weekly).
