**Job Description:** We are seeking an **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have sales experience, a passion for sales and prospecting, as well as knowledge of electronic components and semiconductors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Attend to and follow up with existing and potential customers. * Generate business opportunities and support closing sales. * Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up on orders. * Collaborate with the external sales team to achieve goals. * Maintain updated CRM records and sales reports. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics**, or related field (preferred if accompanied by proven experience in electronic components sales). * Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics, distribution, or related sectors. * **Outgoing, proactive, articulate, and customer-oriented.** * Intermediate-to-advanced English (desirable for interaction with international suppliers). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
