Job Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant to supervise accounting records, manage tax obligations, and prepare financial statements with attention to detail. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements **General Accountant** **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or Finance (degree required). * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in similar positions (e.g., General Accountant or Assistant Controller). * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **CONTPAQi** (Accounting and Commercial modules) and Microsoft Excel. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of current federal, state, and municipal laws. * **Competencies:** Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, assertive communication, and ability to advise diverse departments. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and supervision of accounting records. * Execute weekly cash flow based on operational needs. * Ensure timely payment of employer and tax obligations. * Calculations for invoicing. * Management of payments to suppliers. * Control of accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Generate and analyze financial reports. * Collect information for external accounting and tax auditors. * Address observations raised by accounting and tax auditors. * Prepare, review, and submit financial statements. * Travel expense tracking * Audit coordination Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $25,001.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * CONTPAQi: 3 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $25,000.00 – $25,001.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * General accounting: 5 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
