Job Description and Activity Details
* Documentation, creation, and updating of manufacturing procedures and standards.
* Identify, communicate, and promote process changes and improvements.
* Encourage employee participation in continuous improvement programs.
* Actively participate in the implementation of process improvement tools and follow up on actions defined in projects with various work teams.
* Conduct time and motion studies to optimize productivity in processes.
* Ensure proper functioning of management system elements: leader standard work, daily accountability meetings, visual controls, and problem escalation processes.
Experience and Requirements
**Education:** Student in the final semesters/quarters of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
or related field.
**Language:** Intermediate English (60\-70%)
**Knowledge and Competencies:**
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
* Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
* Openness to learning.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Power BI is a plus).
* Positive attitude and motivation for change.
