Coordinates personnel activities at assigned sites. Delivers services efficiently and with high quality (Quality experience required). Generates daily reports on work performed. Manages assigned personnel and tools (Personnel management experience required). Controls attendance of the assigned team. Maintains contact with plant quality personnel to follow up on all required needs. Handles measurement tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.). Knowledge of quality systems, Open Cell handling, plates, and electronics industry. Manages assigned projects through work instructions, personnel allocation, tool allocation, time optimization, process improvement, etc. Highly responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
