Position Summary: Design and implement organizational development, training, internal communication, and workplace climate strategies to strengthen culture and improve employee experience, while promoting digital tools and AI. Here, you’re part of a team passionate about excellence and unity.* **Position Objective:** Design, implement, and monitor organizational development strategies focused on training, internal communication, workplace climate, and talent development—through close collaboration with employees and branch visits—to strengthen organizational culture, enhance employee experience, promote the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence, and ensure proper alignment of the team with the company’s goals and values. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an Organizational Development role or similar position. **Skills:** * People management. * Teamwork. * Sense of urgency. * Effective communication. * Strategic vision, results orientation, and continuous improvement. * Innovation and creativity. * Attention to detail. * Planning and organization. * Proactivity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organizational development, organizational culture, and workplace climate. * Design, updating, and analysis of **job descriptions** and organizational structures. * Planning, implementation, and follow-up of **training and onboarding programs**. * Strategic internal communication and corporate writing. * Design of internal materials and announcements using digital tools (Canva). * Management and analysis of **workplace climate, onboarding, and organizational environment surveys**. * Performance evaluation and feedback to employees. * Basic application and analysis of **psychometric assessments**. * Talent identification and development, growth plans, and the **“right chair” model (willingness, ability, knowledge)**. * Management of institutional events, employee recognition, and employee experience. * Management of internal communication platforms (**Workvivo, \+ORDEN**). * Strategic use of **artificial intelligence** to support communication, training, information analysis, and HR process improvement. * Proficiency in office digital tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, survey platforms). * Handling and resolution of workplace conflicts, active listening, and employee support. * Fundamental HR regulations and internal policies.
