Job Summary: We are seeking a field technician for technical support of printers and multifunctional devices, with experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance, and willingness to provide customer service. On-site and multi-channel customer service “Field Technical Support for printers and multifunctional devices” Requirements: *Education: Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Mechanics. *Experience: 1 year of experience providing technical support for printing equipment (printers, multifunctional devices, copiers, fax machines, etc.) *Knowledge of server management, network administration, technical support, and equipment configuration. *Willingness to provide on-site customer service, as well as ability to deliver technical support through various channels (telephone, chat, email, etc.) *Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Availability to visit various customers Knowledge of installing and configuring printing and multifunctional devices.
