Join us to redefine the boundaries of what’s possible. **We are looking for a Systems Engineer.** **Key Responsibilities:** Identify physical failures in computing equipment and other technological devices, directly managing their repair or replacement to ensure operational continuity. Detect, resolve, and document incidents related to system operations. Actively participate in the evaluation, selection, and monitoring process of technology vendors, collaborating with the Procurement Department to ensure efficient, sustainable, and EssilorLuxottica-standard-aligned acquisitions. Collaborate closely with Operations, Rx IT, and NS CI teams. Align actions with the IT Manager. Prioritize support requests and manage technical resources. Generate performance reports on ticket resolution, targeting a 95% fulfillment rate. Maintain effective relationships with OPS and Rx IT leaders. Participate in operational meetings as required. Support launches, testing, and improvements with Rx and IT teams. Enhance support experience for internal and external users. KPIs: Ticket resolution SLA compliance Change Management Control **Experience and Requirements:** Completed university degree (diploma or license). Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry. Infrastructure support including networks and cybersecurity; setup and configuration of computing equipment, networks, and printers. Intermediate-to-advanced conversational English. Effective communication skills. Operating systems. Cybersecurity. Incident management and technical support. Microsoft database systems.
