We are looking for committed **Food Production Assistants** with attention to detail and a willingness to work collaboratively to guarantee the quality of our products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ingredient preparation: cutting, cleaning, and handling according to established procedures. * Active participation in production lines (packaging, assembly, and labeling). * Quality control: detection and reporting of anomalies in products or processes. * Strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. * Safe operation of production equipment and machinery. * Basic cleaning and maintenance of work areas and tools. * Support in inventory control and proper product storage. **Requirements:** * Physical stamina to work in cold rooms. * Prior experience in food industry production. * Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a process-driven environment. * Capability to perform repetitive and physical tasks while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency. * Awareness of hygiene and safety practices, as well as proper food handling. * Flexibility to adapt to different functions within the production process as needed. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive weekly salary. * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, FONACOT). * Two days off (Saturday and Sunday). **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **WhatsApp contact (messages only):** 664 650 8558 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $3,100\.00 \- $3,300\.00 per week Benefits: * Cafeteria service Experience: * Food production: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
