Responsibility for supervising operations, sales, and customer service. **LEADING TRUCKING COMPANY SEEKING GENERAL MANAGER** ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor's degree in business or administrative fields * 3–5 years of experience as General Manager * Proficiency in KPI management * Experience with ERP and CRM systems * ***MUST-HAVE*** **Knowledge of the automotive or trucking industry (after-sales)** * High level of drive and follow-up * Results-oriented * Experience in after-sales services * Minimum 3 years of mandatory sales experience * Experience managing personnel, supervision and staff development, branch operations oversight, sales processes, customer service, billing, warehouse, credit and collections, delivery, etc. ***Functions and Responsibilities:*** * Ensure branch profitability * Deliver excellent customer service * Ensure sales closure * Foster a positive work environment at the branch and lead the team in a healthy, cordial atmosphere * Empower, train, coach, and develop staff ***We Offer:*** * Base salary + monthly commissions * Statutory benefits * Free uniforms * Excellent work environment * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 * Weekly payments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
