




***HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER*** ***POSITION OBJECTIVE:*** *Align human capital strategy with corporate objectives, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a comprehensive employee experience. Responsible for leading, controlling, and optimizing all Human Resources processes to secure suitable talent, maintain a healthy organizational climate, and ensure risk-free labor operations.* **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * *Design and implement a comprehensive Human Resources strategy aligned with the corporate plan.* * *Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring suitable candidate profiles, optimal time-to-fill, and reliable vendors.* * *Supervise hiring processes, personnel files, contracts, and transactions with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.* * *Comprehensively manage payroll: incidents, validations, audits, bonuses, adjustments, and tax-labor compliance.* * *Administer training strategies, career development plans, performance evaluations, and workplace climate initiatives.* * *Coordinate disciplinary procedures, administrative reports, terminations, and labor relations in compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT).* * *Ensure internal audits, regulatory compliance, and proper document management.* * *Act as liaison with General Management for strategic decision-making.* * *Manage key performance indicators (KPIs): turnover, absenteeism, labor costs, hiring efficiency, time-to-fill, overtime hours, occupational risks, and workplace climate.* **KEY COMPETENCIES** * Strategic leadership * Critical thinking and decision-making * Negotiation and conflict management * Effective corporate communication * Business-oriented results-driven mindset * Discretion and confidential handling of sensitive information * Process-focused, organized, and operationally disciplined * Resilience and management of organizational change **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Administration.
