




Ensure the development, implementation, and oversight of proper recording of the organization’s financial and accounting operations, guaranteeing timely, reliable, and transparent information to support sound strategic decision-making, fulfillment of accounting and tax obligations, and the financial stability of the corporate group. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Calculation and determination of employer-employee social security contributions. * Compliance with internal processes related to accounting, tax, and administrative matters. * Accounting entries for transactions covering revenues, expenses, journal entries, and provisions; executive cards and derivatives. * Execution of monthly bank reconciliations. * Filing of VAT refund applications and follow-up on information requests from competent authorities. * Supervision of accurate recording of financial and accounting transactions, ensuring adherence to applicable standards and regulations. … * Establishment, implementation, and monitoring of internal systems, policies, and processes related to accounting and tax matters. * Ensuring compliance with current tax and accounting regulations, as well as continuous updates in response to regulatory changes. * Issuance of monthly financial statements for senior management, including relevant financial indicators and historical data. * Calculation and analysis of financial ratios to assess the historical and current performance of group companies. * Preparation of required financial information for new credit management. * Weekly forecasting of federal and state tax payments to support timely decision-making. * Calculation and filing of federal and state taxes, subject to prior approval by senior management. * Calculation and submission of annual tax returns for legal entities and individuals, including all applicable tax regimes. * Analysis, consolidation, and submission of VAT refund applications. * Review of calculations and determinations of employer-employee social security contributions. * Management and follow-up on internal and external audits, as well as requirements issued via the tax mailbox. * Preparation of monthly and annual expense and cost reports for Administrative Management. * Review of calculations for state and federal tax returns, ensuring their accurate filing. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Leadership and team coordination * Organizational and planning ability * Financial analysis and critical thinking * Working under pressure and results-oriented approach * Effective communication across organizational levels * Decision-making grounded in professional judgment and expertise * Sense of responsibility, ethics, and confidentiality * Negotiation and problem-solving skills * Adherence to procedures and applicable regulations **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION** **Minimum Required Experience:** * Management and supervision of accounting personnel * Implementation and monitoring of accounting processes and policies * Accounting, tax, administrative, and financial processes * Analysis and interpretation of financial and tax information * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (licensed) * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar or related positions * Compaq or SAP * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Office suite software Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Employee discounts * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
