Job Description and Activity Details We are looking for a ***Quality Engineer*** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the implementation of quality policies and procedures according to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 requirements. * Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records necessary for regulatory compliance. * Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, or areas for improvement. * Support the identification of non-conformities and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes of identified problems. * Collaborate in training personnel on quality-related topics and good manufacturing practices. * Responsible for managing controlled documents within the company. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. * Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015/AS9100 standards, as well as quality tools such as FMEA, Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis, among others. * 1 to 3 years of experience in quality-related roles within manufacturing industries (preferred). * Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a team, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
